MUSHROOMS IN HAPPY SAUCE (Serves 6)

- 2 lbs button mushrooms, cut in half in very large
- 2 sticks of "healthy butter"
- 1 bottle Pickapepper sauce
- 7 cloves of minced garlic, fresh or in a jar

Cook in big skillet on grill or bake in 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes.
Melt butter and throw everything in a skillet or pan if doing in oven.
Cover with foil in oven or lid on grill.
This can be doubled of halved, depending on the number of friends/family you have.
It is only low calorie if you don’t sop your French bread in the left-over sauce in the pan!!
